Life Care: An all-inclusive plan for the future.

With the Life Care option at Collington, you’re assured unlimited access to nursing care—including assisted living, recuperative care, memory care and long-term care if needed—all included in your monthly fee. You can live confidently today knowing your needs will be met in the future, without any large and/or unexpected expenses for care.

Fee-For-Service: A new option at an exceptional value.

Our new Fee-For-Service option lets you enjoy the Collington lifestyle at a lower monthly fee. This fee includes residence services, activities and meals—keeping you in control of your finances. However, if you should need any supportive or health care services, you will pay for those services when they are used.

A valuable complement to long-term care insurance plans.

Most long-term care insurance plans will pay benefits for health care services at Collington. This applies both to Fee-For-Service and Life Care plans. Be sure to consult your insurance provider for details about plan benefits.

A choice of financial options including a 100% Refundable Entrance Fee.

Collington offers a variety of financial plans to suit your particular goals, including a 50% Refundable and Fully Declining Entrance Fee option. Regardless of which plan you choose, the Life Care concept at Collington eliminates worries about the cost or availability of future health care needs.
